Id get my eyebrows arched, and wear shades of lip sticks and lip liners that takes emphasis away from my chin. If i had thick curly hair I would get it straightened and get like a feathered, layered cut that way itll still be thick hair but not as thick on the ends giving you more options to try different styles. You might want to also consider going a shade lighter on hair. A little hair color wont hurt hair that thick.

****If you have no funds and want to work with your hair the way it is now get you some foam mouse wrap. Itll tame the curls and you can put your thick curly hair in a americas next top model hair do with the lil lump on top and the back down and curly. Must be tamed with some kind of mouse or foam wrap or it wont look right.
