I have thick kinda curly hair and i can make it strait with out it being frizz?

but when i try to make it more curly or scruch it it gets frizzed any ideas on how i could style it

Now, whenever she scrunches it, she uses Aussie sprunch spray.

to straighten it a very very hot straightener and i cant remember the brand but its an anti frizz cream in a red bottle
