I need some new hairstyles any suggestions? i have thick shoulder length hair!?

I have thick long hair too, it is terrible. I understand exactly how you feel. I also had a problem with frizz. I purchased a true ceramic pro recently, and honestly...it is the best investment I ever made. It makes your hair look perfect.

As far as styles...it really depends on your facial structure and skin tone as to what looks the best. One of my favorite ideas is quick and easy and always looks elegant:

1) Pull hair up in a ponytail in a thin hairband/ouchless rubberband

2) seperate hair into thin strips, and curl using a very thin curling iron

3) after each strand is curly, take a small section of loose curls and twist around your first 2 fingers (index, and middle finger).

4) secure this as close to the rubberband (holding your ponytail) as possible...BUT secure in the middle of the strand. In other words the bobby pin needs to go through the center of the gather of loose curls. The best way I can explain this is to take the loose curl section and while still wrapped around ur 2 fingers rub bobby pin through lower part of circle and fasten onto your hair near base of pony tail.

5) repeat this with the rest of the curls, seperating them into sections, curling around fingers, and fasten near base of ponytail.

6) pull a thin strip of hair from near your temple or ears (your choice) and curl with curling iron.

the end result should look sort of like this picture on this link (you can wrap the sections tight around your finger (one finger) to get this look, or for a more casual look using the looser curls (2 finger method) is best:

This only takes about 15 mins to do, and is VERY simple and easy once you get the hang of it.
